Smaller models can be towed by mid-size vehicles: either the family car, SUV or pickup truck. Check with your dealer for your vehicle's tow limits. Larger models must be towed by heavy-duty vehicles: but do not require a special highway movement permit. Often these are set up to serve as a seasonal home, similar to the Park Models. Detachable from tow vehicle: complete freedom to use your car or truck for shopping or sightseeing. All the conveniences of home: sleeping, showering, dining, cooking and entertainment facilities. Slide-out options: move the RV wall outward at the touch of a button, up to 1.07 meters (3½ ft) to create larger living or sleeping areas. Lightweight versions: designed specifically for towing behind most 6-cylinder family vehicles.
