Sandy Beach Regional Park
Sandy Beach Regional Park has a nine hole grass green golf course, picnic shelter, community hall, lots of camping sites, a small lake and beach area. There is a concession at the gate entrance which carries a small amount of popular items as well as fast food items. A picnic shelter is available to rent as well as a year round use newly renovated hall with kitchen. Ideal for weddings, reunions, and corporate functions, catering is available.
In the early 1950's a group of cabin owners organized to form the Sandy Beach Association. In the early 1960's the Saskatchewan Government started the program of regional parks which brought about the formation of the present park. The park officially became a regional park on October 7, 1966. Over the past 20 years the park has seen numerous upgrades and expansion of services.
