We are situated on the east shore of Kootenay Lake, surrounded by open space for guests to enjoy the great outdoors. Experience the many activities offered at our resort, including boating, fishing, sailing, diving, swimming and more!

Located on the lake shore, we offer waterfront sites for RVs and tents. Fully serviced sites are available to suit all RV needs. Don’t forget to bring your boat as we have a 14 slip marina and a boat launch to provide easy access to the main lake.

Even though we are surrounded by forests, we are conveniently near many attractions and activities. Enjoy a fun round of golf at the popular Kokanee Springs Golf Course. Discover the flourishing community with fantastic restaurants and speciality shops. Take a ferry to Ainsworth Hot Springs and Nelson, and explore the quaint art towns.
