Parc National du Fjord du Saguenay
91 Rue Notre Dame Rivière-Éternité, QC G0V 1P0
The park's namesake "fjords" are magnificent narrow inlets with steep sides, caused by glacial movement. It is an outdoor playground with over 100 km of hiking trails, 50 km of skiing trails, wildlife viewing, kayaking, boat tours, snowshoeing, a via ferrata circuit and more. There are three districts of the park, but they are divided by the fjord and not easily reachable. Each district also has specific seasonal closures, so check before traveling. The park is located at the eastern end of the Saguenay River and meets the St. Lawrence Marine park for over 100 km. There are campgrounds, cabins and huts for overnight stays.
