Both the Park Model RV and the Park Model Trailer, built to RV specifications, are designed for seasonal use, with some winterized units available. These Park Model trailers include a wide range of styles and models from basic to luxurious and are ideal for seasonal camping.

Designed for occasional relocation only, the Park Model Recreational unit provides all the comforts of home. Constructed in the factory and installed on site, these RV units are designed for occasional moves using a heavy duty tow vehicle and do not require a special highway permit.
