More Features

Home On Wheels

Numerous Class A motorhomes feature multiple slide-out sections that expand the living area, and they offer a variety of amenities to enhance your comfort, including kitchens, bathrooms, entertainment centres, and centrally managed heating and air conditioning systems.

Questions?

Operating a Class A motorhome necessitates additional practice and acclimatization due to its substantial dimensions, particularly because its weight distribution differs from that of a conventional automobile. Nevertheless, by proceeding with caution and maintaining a steady pace, one can navigate the RV with both comfort and ease. Furthermore, Class A motorhomes are designed with aerodynamics in mind and offer excellent visibility through the windshield. Many of the latest models are also fitted with multiple cameras, providing a comprehensive view of the environment around you.

One of the most advantageous features of Class A motorhomes is their ample size and spaciousness. These RVs can accommodate between two to ten individuals. While bunk beds are not commonly found in Class A motorhomes, certain models do offer them, making them an excellent choice for families with children. Typically, Class A motorhomes are equipped with a king-size bed in the rear, along with a primary living area that provides various sleeping configurations.

Unless you intend to drive an RV that is fitted with air brakes, a standard, unrestricted driver’s license will suffice for operating an RV in Canada.

The primary distinction between Class A and Class B recreational vehicles lies in their dimensions. Class B camper vans generally measure between 18 and 24 feet in length, whereas Class A motorhomes vary significantly, ranging from 30 to 45 feet. Class C RVs, constructed on box van or truck chassis, are both shorter and narrower, with an average length of approximately 35 feet, in contrast to the average length of Class A vehicles, which is around 40 feet.
