Welcome to A Stones Throw RV Campground known for the peace and quiet in the prairies. We are a “Seasonal Only” RV campground that does not have a party weekend section otherwise we could not brag about being able to hear the birds 🙂

We are surrounded by a 8 foot high deer fence and gated with a keypad with security cameras. We value your privacy and security, another reason guests really like the fact we don’t have dozens of trailers coming and going each weekend.

Onsite we have a Store/Office with complementary laundry for guests. We have two very clean heated washhouse facilities with instant hot water to loonie rain showers so your not filling your grey tanks with potable water. We love hosting Farmer’s Markets where we offer ice cream and popcorn to guests.

Fishing, Birdwatching, and Gardening will keep some occupied, while others may choose to set sail on Lake McGregor only minutes away. Multiple parks and green spaces entertain young and the young at heart, while the off-leash dog park keeps our other loved ones exercised and socialized.

On-site Potable Water Delivery and on-site Grey/Black Pump-out service available. No extra fee for pets, day guests, tents, boat parking, or golf carts. No RV Age or Size restrictions.

We opened our doors in 2022 with great success and giving tours on a weekly basis. During our first few years we can say that a majority of our guests are mature families or retired not to say we don’t have young families who will call us home away from home for generations to come.
