The campground boasts 127 full service sites with campfire pits, as well as a canteen, a modern laundromat, horseshoe pits, walking trails, WiFi, and of course, beautiful Hubbards Beach. The Shore Club, adjacent to the campground, has been serving up lobster suppers, fond memories and regular Saturday night dances with talented local bands, for over 75 years.

Come rekindle your romance with a Nova Scotian summer and all its splendor. Take yourself back to a simpler time, when summer vacations were about unwinding, unraveling and staying put. Hubbards Beach offers a safe and familiar space to get together with family and friends. It’s been part of the local fabric and run by a local family since 1936. Why not try it again, for the first time.

There are plenty of services to support your stay – from groceries to banks, hairdressers, library, medical centre and pharmacy, gift shops, farmers market and more. We are surrounded by many casual and fine dining options in town. All of this is a two minute drive or 20 minute walk.

Halifax, Chester, Lunenburg, the world famous Peggy’s Cove are all within a 45 minute drive. But, you don’t need to go far to find a beer garden, a local distillery, an ice cream shop, a hiking/ biking trail, a golf course, stand up paddle-board and kayak rentals, or a skate park.
