A quiet adult only RV park, situated near the convergence of the Kootenay and Columbia Rivers. Kootenay River RV is nestled in the Columbia Valley and is only a 5 minute drive to the city of Castlegar. This area provides plenty of adventure and excitement for everyone. Some activities include: fishing, biking, hiking, golfing, swimming and kayaking. Open All Year for monthly stays only.

Explore the many nature trails that lead to wonderful waterfalls, or try a hike through the famous BC Rockies and other glacier parks. Enjoy the local water-courses such as the Lower Arrow Lakes, Kootenay Lake, and the Columbia and Kootenay Rivers.

Take a walking tour around Zuckerberg Island Heritage Park and discover the ancient pithouses built by the Salish Indians thousands of years ago, or visit the unique Russian Orthodox Chapel built by Alexander Zuckerberg.

If golf is your pleasure the Castlegar area has the renowned Castlegar golf course. A beautiful 18 hole course with full amenities to test your skills. Call ahead to reserve a tee time. If you like a smaller 9 hole course, Little Bear Golf Course is great for the beginner to intermediate level players.
