Peace Island Park

Nestled on the banks of the mighty and majestic Peace River, Peace Island Park has over 100 campsites for tents, groups and RVs, including drive-thru with electrical hookup. Campers will find there are various sites to choose from, including serviced, non-serviced and group sites. Bring the whole family along as the kids will love our playground, horseshoe pits and the large open area for recreation.

We have a variety of amenities offered at our park that will keep you entertained. If you have a boat don’t forget to bring it as we have a fantastic boat launch to access the beautiful river. Explore the several hiking trails on our park that will provide you with gorgeous vistas. We have a great picnic area to enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner. Travel back in time and discover the historic Rocky Mountain Forts, dedicated to the original North West Company Fort.

Peace Island Park is conveniently located near many activities and amenities, including a full service 18-hole championship golf course and driving range, swimming pool, Information Centre, and restaurants.
