Hyclass Ocean Campground offers a serene escape with stunning ocean views and lush landscapes, perfect for families and nature lovers alike. Nestled on Linwood Harbour Bay, enjoy peaceful camping with amenities like ocean-view cabins, beach access, and water sports, making it a camper’s paradise in Nova Scotia.

Hyclass Ocean Campground has been welcoming campers since 1985. We are not just a family campground, but a Camper’s Happy Place. A quiet and picturesque family campground waiting for you. Hyclass is located in the eastern part of Nova Scotia halfway between Antigonish and Port Hawkesbury off the Trans Canada Highway with a 15 minute drive to the Canso Causeway to Cape Breton Island. The campground has park like, well tended landscape situated on Linwood Harbour Bay.

We offer 69 sites, some with an ocean view, ranging from un-serviced tent sites to pull-through RV sites including 30 amp power, water and sewer. We also have 2 camp cabins with an ocean view, electricity, a barbeque and a small fridge. There is a beach, convenience store, dvd, board-games, soccer, bocce and volley balls to borrow, free wi-fi, clean and modern washrooms including showers, laundry, pay phones, playground and volleyball court

In addition to some of the most majestic sunsets you will see on the Sunrise Trail in Havre Boucher, Nova Scotia, we offer many amenities for you to enjoy while you are staying with us. Take a swim in some of the warmest waters north of the Carolinas steps away from your site, rent on-site pedal boats, canoe or kayaks to explore the campground’s inlet, play volleyball beach side, and much more.

We will be welcoming returning campers and new visitors for the 2025 season from May 16 to October 19th. We welcome you to the Haven where you can connect with nature, the ocean and yourself.
