Brett Kissel’s Caesar Recipe

  • Ice
  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz pickle juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 oz Clamato juice
  • Green beans (for garnish)
  • Smoked bacon (cooked and crispy, for garnish)
  • Clamato seasoning and seasoning salt (for rimming)


  1. Rim the glass: On a small plate, mix together Clamato seasoning and seasoning salt. Take a wedge of lemon and run it around the rim of a glass to wet it. Dip the rim into the Clamato seasoning and seasoning salt mixture, coating it evenly.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add vodka: Pour 1.5 oz of vodka over the ice in the glass.
  4. Add lemon juice: Pour 1 oz of lemon juice into the glass.
  5. Add pickle juice: Pour 1 oz of pickle juice into the glass.
  6. Add Worcestershire sauce: Add 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce to the glass.
  7. Add Clamato juice: Pour 4 oz of Clamato juice into the glass. You can adjust the amount according to your taste preferences.
  8. Stir the ingredients gently to mix them together.
  9. Garnish: Skewer a green bean and place it on top of the glass. Also, thread a piece of smoked bacon onto the skewer and add it to the garnish.
  10. Serve and enjoy your delicious Great Canadian Caesar!
