Brett Kissel’s Caesar Recipe
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz pickle juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz Clamato juice
- Green beans (for garnish)
- Smoked bacon (cooked and crispy, for garnish)
- Clamato seasoning and seasoning salt (for rimming)
Instructions:
- Rim the glass: On a small plate, mix together Clamato seasoning and seasoning salt. Take a wedge of lemon and run it around the rim of a glass to wet it. Dip the rim into the Clamato seasoning and seasoning salt mixture, coating it evenly.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Add vodka: Pour 1.5 oz of vodka over the ice in the glass.
- Add lemon juice: Pour 1 oz of lemon juice into the glass.
- Add pickle juice: Pour 1 oz of pickle juice into the glass.
- Add Worcestershire sauce: Add 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce to the glass.
- Add Clamato juice: Pour 4 oz of Clamato juice into the glass. You can adjust the amount according to your taste preferences.
- Stir the ingredients gently to mix them together.
- Garnish: Skewer a green bean and place it on top of the glass. Also, thread a piece of smoked bacon onto the skewer and add it to the garnish.
- Serve and enjoy your delicious Great Canadian Caesar!
