Welcome to The Roadhouse Camping Cocktail Recipe Collection, a collaboration between Go RVing Canada and The Newfoundland Distillery Co., and inspired by Bryan Baeumler’s RV trip across Newfoundland. This curated selection of camping cocktail recipes invites you to raise your glasses to the spirit of exploration and the great outdoors!

Roadside Refresher

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Vodka
  • ¾ oz Blueberry Syrup
  • 1 ¼ oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 ½ oz Club Soda

Instructions

  1. Add Vodka, syrup, and lemon juice to an ice-filled cocktail shaker
  2. Shake until chilled and strain into a glass with ice
  3. Top with club soda and stir gently
  4. Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh blueberries and enjoy!

 

Lakeside Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Seaweed Gin
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 ½ oz Club Soda
  • 1 Rosemary Sprig

Instructions

  1. Add ice & liquid ingredients to cocktail shaker
  2. Shake for 5-7 seconds
  3. Strain contents of shaker into ice-filled collins glass
  4. Top with club soda and stir gently
  5. Garnish with a lemon wedge and rosemary sprig. Enjoy!

 

Fireside Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Cloudberry Gin
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • ¾ oz Egg White
  • Cloudberry Bitters

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients (except bitters) to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 15-20 seconds
  2. Add some ice and shake again until chilled
  3. Strain over tall glass filled with ice
  4. Top with 2-3 dashes of Cloudberry Bitters and garnish with a fresh Spruce tip. Enjoy!

 

Road Trip Rum Runner

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Gunpowder & Rose Rum
  • ½ oz Lime Juice
  • 2 oz Cola (Coke or Pepsi- whichever you prefer!)

Instructions

  1. Fill glass with ice
  2. Add Rum and lime juice, and top with the cola of your choice
  3. Stir gently
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
