Roadside Refresher
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Vodka
- ¾ oz Blueberry Syrup
- 1 ¼ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 ½ oz Club Soda
Instructions
- Add Vodka, syrup, and lemon juice to an ice-filled cocktail shaker
- Shake until chilled and strain into a glass with ice
- Top with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh blueberries and enjoy!
Lakeside Lemonade
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Seaweed Gin
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 ½ oz Club Soda
- 1 Rosemary Sprig
Instructions
- Add ice & liquid ingredients to cocktail shaker
- Shake for 5-7 seconds
- Strain contents of shaker into ice-filled collins glass
- Top with club soda and stir gently
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and rosemary sprig. Enjoy!
Fireside Fizz
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Cloudberry Gin
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- ¾ oz Egg White
- Cloudberry Bitters
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except bitters) to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 15-20 seconds
- Add some ice and shake again until chilled
- Strain over tall glass filled with ice
- Top with 2-3 dashes of Cloudberry Bitters and garnish with a fresh Spruce tip. Enjoy!
Road Trip Rum Runner
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Gunpowder & Rose Rum
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- 2 oz Cola (Coke or Pepsi- whichever you prefer!)
Instructions
- Fill glass with ice
- Add Rum and lime juice, and top with the cola of your choice
- Stir gently
- Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
