Spiced Apple Cider Recipe Perfect for the Winter Holidays

Here’s a quick and delicious recipe that’s sure to become a new holiday tradition!


4-5 cups apple juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Cinnamon sticks and apple slices to garnish.
3 ounces spiced rum (optional)

Heat the apple juice, spices and rum (if using) over medium heat in a pot. Stir often so the spices will blend into the juice and there are no clumps of spice.

Once it’s hot pour into two mugs. Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks. Serve warm, during a quiet cold night, while dreaming about your 2017 RVing plans.
